What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address and the personalization details for your poster. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To design, print and ship your order, to email you about it (confirmation, tracking), and to respond when you contact us. We do not sell your data or send marketing email without your consent.
Advertising & analytics
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising. These share event data (such as pages viewed and purchases, with hashed contact details) with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook settings, and use browser tools to block the pixel.
Third parties we rely on
Stripe (payments), our print & fulfillment partners (Gelato, Printful), Plunk (transactional email) and Meta (advertising measurement). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your rights
Email us to request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time. We retain order records as required for accounting.
