How long until my poster arrives?

Each map is made to order, printed 1–7 days after you order. Shipping then takes 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to United States addresses only, but we're working on it, so check back if you're outside the US.

What sizes do you offer?

Six sizes: 5×7", 8×10", 11×14", 12×16", 16×20" and 24×36". Prices start at $14.99 and increase $5 per size. Frames are not included.

Can I see my map before it prints?

We check every design by hand before printing. If anything about your personalization is ambiguous (say, two cities with the same name), we'll email you before going to print.

Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout, yours stays on the receipt. Nothing in the parcel shows a price. If you need it by a specific date, say so in a reply to your confirmation email and we'll tell you honestly whether it makes it.

I made a typo in my personalization. What do I do?

Reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible. If your map hasn't gone to print yet, we'll fix it free of charge.

What if my poster arrives damaged?

We'll reprint and reship it free. Just reply to your order email with a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Do you accept returns?

Because every poster is made to order and personalized, we can't accept returns. But if something is wrong with your order, we will always make it right. That's a promise, not a policy.

What paper do you print on?

Smooth matte paper with a non-reflective surface, 200 gsm (80 lb) and 0.26 mm thick, from FSC-certified or equivalent sources. Printed by professional labs. Smaller sizes ship flat in a rigid mailer, the large ones rolled in a sturdy tube.
